How long have you been working with TSC?

5.5 years

What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned while working here?

Heraclitus saying - ”Change is the only constant in life” found its true meaning with TSC. But the thing that I learnt pursuing that is the challenge that change brings can be truly exciting if you have a great team to work on it with.

What do you look forward to the most each day?

In TSC we are like colored drops of water who take their own pattern when dropped in plain water. My team and the various ways of working through situations and arriving at solutions is what I look forward to everyday.

What challenges (if any) do you face being a woman in your role?

None in my role but personally the balancing act between family and work!

How important do you think it is to have a diverse team when it comes to tackling complex issues?

A diverse team magnifies the solutions to a problem many-fold as their perspectives, experiences, cultural backgrounds give us the ability to respond / pre-empt complex situations—seemingly effortlessly.

What personal or professional accomplishments are you most proud of?

Thriving in a start-up for 5.5 years and to do and achieve more each day.

What’s one leadership lesson you’ve learned in your career?

“You are nothing without your team”
